We are committed to a simple, straightforward, and transparent shipping process, with no hidden fees and clear expectations at every step of your journey.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
To guarantee the highest quality of service and the safety of our fragile ceramics, we currently focus our operations on the following regions:
Service Area: We ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.
Excluded Addresses: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO (Military) addresses.
Why these restrictions? Due to the high value and fragile nature of our handmade ceramics—such as our Jianzhan teacups and Ruyao teapots—we require physical street addresses to ensure that our premium carriers can provide secure, door-to-door delivery. This policy minimizes the risk of damage during the multiple handling stages often associated with postal boxes.
Shipping Rates & Transparent Costs
We believe in honest pricing. Your shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order subtotal before taxes and are clearly displayed at the final checkout screen.
Orders over $75.00: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping.
Orders under $75.00: A flat shipping fee of $8.50 applies to the entire order.
What you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. We guarantee there are zero hidden surcharges or unexpected handling fees.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
To help you plan your tea rituals, we provide a clear breakdown of our fulfillment schedule. All times are based on our operations in Forrest City, Arkansas.
Order Cut-off Time:2:00 PM (GMT-6, Central Standard Time). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
Handling Time: Please allow 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday) for our team to perform a final quality inspection and securely pack your items.
Transit Time: Once dispatched, our carriers require 5 – 12 Business Days (Monday – Friday) to deliver your package.
The Total Estimated Delivery Formula: Handling Time (1-3 Days) + Transit Time (5-12 Days) = 6 – 15 Business Days Total.
Order Tracking & Delivery Management
Once your order has been carefully packed and handed over to our carriers, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking link.
Tracking Activation: Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to update and become active in the carrier’s system.
Carrier Selection: We partner with UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure the most reliable route for your specific destination.
Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items and one is temporarily delayed or a pre-order, we may send your items in separate parcels to ensure you receive your available teaware as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
A successful delivery starts with a precise address. We kindly ask you to double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase.
Address Errors:Teacraftware cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
Missing Packages: If your tracking information states that your package has been “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier office to file an inquiry immediately. While we are happy to assist with the investigation, we cannot be held liable for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

While we use specialized anti-shock packaging, the nature of ceramics means accidents can occasionally happen during transit. We have your back.

Your Order Number.
Clear photos of the damaged product.
Clear photos of the original outer packaging (including the shipping label)to facilitate our claim process.
Once verified, we will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
