At Teacraftware, we strive to display our artisanal teaware as accurately as possible. However, due to the unique nature of our products, the following disclaimers apply to every purchase:
Color & Digital Display: Because of the varying settings of computer monitors, smartphone screens, and the influence of ambient lighting during photography, the actual color of a teacup or teapot may differ slightly from the digital image. Such variations are inherent to digital commerce and do not constitute a product defect.
Artisanal Craftsmanship & Kiln Effects: Our products, particularly those featuring Jianzhan, Ruyao, and Yao Bian glazes, are subject to the “gift of the kiln.” Every firing produces unique textures and patterns. You acknowledge that minor variations in size (5-10% tolerance), glaze crystallization, and weight are expected characteristics of handmade ceramics and are not considered flaws.
Packaging & Setup: To ensure safe transit, items are packed securely. Upon unboxing, some items (such as those with bamboo elements) may require minor adjustment or rinsing to achieve the aesthetic shown in our catalog.
Usage, Safety & Fragility Responsibility
Safety and proper handling are the responsibility of the consumer. Please be advised:
Choking Hazard Warning: Some of our products contain small parts or accessories that are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Please keep all such items out of the reach of children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion or choking.
Fragility Warning: Ceramics are inherently fragile. Teacraftware is not liable for any physical injury, cuts, or property damage resulting from broken or dropped items after the product has been delivered in good condition.
Heat & Material Safety: Unless explicitly stated in the product description as “Food Grade” or “Heat Resistant,” customers should use caution when introducing boiling water to delicate glazes. We are not responsible for damage caused by thermal shock or improper cleaning methods.
Placement: We strongly recommend keeping all ceramic items and small accessories out of the reach of children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion or breakage.
Errors, Shipping & External Factors
Teacraftware reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing, availability, or product descriptions at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders based on such erroneous information.
Furthermore, all estimated delivery dates are provided as a reference only. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, carrier backlogs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
