Return Window & Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return period, calculated from the date your order was successfully delivered to your address. To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following strict criteria:
Pristine Condition: Items must be brand new, unused, and unwashed.
Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original box with all protective internal structures (foam, bubble wrap, etc.) intact.
Security Tags: All original labels and tags must remain attached.
Important Note on Ceramics: Given the fragile nature of our products, please ensure that returned items are packed with the same level of care as they were received. Any item returned in a damaged state due to inadequate protective packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)
To ensure your return is processed accurately and safely, we utilize a Mandatory Authorization System. Please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to Payment@teacraftware.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and the specific return shipping address.
Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and include the RMA code inside the package.
🚨 CRITICAL WARNING: Please do not send items back to the sender’s address listed on the original shipping label without contacting us first. Returns sent without a valid RMA or to the incorrect facility will not be accepted and are not eligible for reimbursement. All authorized returns must be sent to our designated U.S. facility: 620 S ROSSER ST, FORREST CITY, AR, 72335, USA. Please ensure you have obtained your RMA code from our support team before shipping to this address.
Return Shipping Costs: Responsibility Breakdown
Merchant Responsibility (Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Item): If your teaware arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if we sent the wrong item, Teacraftware will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Requirement: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and the outer packaging.
Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind/Personal Preference): If you decide you no longer want the item or chose the wrong style, you will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Transparency is a core value of our brand. We are proud to declare that we do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for returned items. The amount refunded to you will be the full purchase price of the eligible returned product, minus any applicable shipping fees as outlined above.
Refund Process & Timeline
Quality Inspection: Once received at our facility, returns are inspected within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued immediately; funds typically appear in 5–10 business days.
Approval: If the item meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund immediately.
Method: The refund will be automatically applied back to your original method of payment.
Banking Window: While we issue the refund instantly upon approval, please note that banks and credit card issuers typically require 5 – 10 business days to process the transaction and reflect the balance in your account.
Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
Cancellation Window: You may request a full cancellation of your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this 12-hour window, the order has likely entered our specialized packing and logistics flow and cannot be stopped. In such cases, you must follow the standard return procedure after delivery.
Integrity Assurance: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity, such as returning used items, swapping original products for different ones, or returning damaged goods that were not reported upon initial receipt.
